History
With more than 40 years of experience in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects, Consorcio Industrial de las Américas (COINLA) developed Panapark Free Zone, which began operations in 2019 with the vision of creating a sustainable business ecosystem, connected to international markets and focused on driving the growth of commercial, industrial, and service companies.
Its development began with an initial 52-hectare phase and is now advancing toward an expansion to 106 hectares, supporting the growth of its clients and Panama’s logistics and industrial sector.
Today, Panapark Free Zone is positioned as the largest private free trade zone in the country and the only one in Panama and Central America with BASC certification within the special economic regimes, reflecting its commitment to the highest standards of security, quality, and traceability. Through its Connect Responsibly strategy, Panapark Free Zone integrates modern infrastructure, innovation, and management based on transparency, efficiency, and integrity, consolidating a dynamic, secure, and future-ready business environment.
